					<description><![CDATA[I read the article and I don,t see how there is an upside for a buyer for a collateral mortgage.It seems great for the big banks. I also heard on CBC that TD bank signed mortgages with customers didnt mention that they were colateral mortgages and only sent an amendment to the lawyer the day before the closing(not leaving anytime to shop for a conventional mortgage. Shame on TD bank for such an underhanded treatment of its customers!! That should have been clearly explained at the initial meeting for a mortgage]]></description>
