I am looking for $15,000 to cover unexpected closing costs on a property we had purchased from the builder. i need it very soon as closing is on may 18. me and my spouse are both employed with total income of $120,000. the purchase price is $540,000 of detached house in ajax, on. first mortgage is $432,000 and second is $47,000. can you help? thanks.
